EFL TEACHER CANDIDATES’ ENGAGEMENT IN MOBILE-ASSISTED FLIPPED CLASSROOM

چکیده

Many studies have explored the benefits of flipped classrooms in language learning, but a further investigation on link between mobile-assisted and EFL teacher candidates’ engagement learning an Indonesian context is needed. This research aimed at elaborating how implementation classroom engaged candidates. With this goal mind, we employed case study design aiming giving holistic description case. It included multiple sources data from online archives, observations, questionnaires, Focus Group Discussion (FGD). We investigated roles students classroom. The FGD show that course leads to engagement. discussion reveals candidates experience different levels emotional, behavioral, cognitive, social, reflective engagements various modes interactions. elaborates positive impact engaging also offers some implications recommendations for teaching practitioners future research.
